Sigmacover 280 is an epoxy-based underwater paint suitable for yachts, boats, and RVs. The product features marine-grade specifications.

Technical characteristics:

• Dry to touch: 1.5 hours
• Application of second coat at 20°C: After 8 hours
• Solid content: 57%
• Recommended film thickness: 50-100 μm
• Coverage at 50 μm: 11.4 m²/L
• Gloss: Semi-matte
• Recommended solvent: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full curing: 7 days

Application of the paint: To achieve long-term protection of 20 years, the surface should be dirtied, washed, and degreased with Solid Thinner 05 before painting.

The recommended topcoat is the two-component polyurethane paint Sigmafast 210.

Available color: YELLOW-GREEN. The shade may vary slightly due to screen calibration.

In enclosed and poorly ventilated areas, it is recommended to wear a mask due to the volatile fumes of the solvent. It is advised to use a mask with ABE1P3 filters.
