The story begins when Dylan, a depressed college senior, tries to commit suicide. The attempt fails, and Dylan is preparing to return to his normal life, but soon a demon visits him and explains that his life no longer belongs to him. If he wants to survive, he must kill one person every month.
Thus, without any choice, Dylan is pushed, against his will, into a life of self-appointed justice. He decides to kill bad people, but how does one define evil? At what point does good end and evil begin? Dylan would like to see himself as a vengeful hero who only kills those worth it, but is he truly different from an ordinary terrorist?
