I bought these shoes and I was very satisfied. They are excellent running shoes, very comfortable. I ran a few times and the sole plate fell off. It is a very important part of the shoe. Without it, it is ruined. I ran a lot, but in the end they were defective. I didn't like them at all, that's why I give them the corresponding rating.

The lightest Alphafly we have made so far, features a ZoomX midsole for shock absorption upon foot contact with the road, as well as Air Zoom units for energy return. The wider Flyplate surface made of carbon fiber ensures stable footing with a sense of propulsion, while the midsole and outsole are now fully connected for better transition from heel to toe.

Nike subjected the Alphafly 3 to meticulous testing at the Nike Sport Research Lab, taking into account all the ways each foot comes into contact with the ground. Thus, the width of the sole was increased, while the midsole was fully connected to the outsole for a better fit and more natural transition from heel to toe.
The two Air Zoom units in the front combine with the ZoomX foam for energy storage and return, offering dynamic movement with every step.
