      It has changed completely from the previous ones, it has a slightly clearer image than the 230 but nothing spectacular, I expected something better. The 230 model is 4K, this one is 5K, but in practice the quality difference is small. The cable has changed to type-c from the simple classic round one that the previous ones had, and it also has a fixed angle base compared to the previous ones that had a round cap, which was not very convenient to mount on the wall or ceiling. The downside is that it has a very expensive price, it is still double the price of the 230

      I received it today and my first impression is absolutely positive. I previously had the tapo C225 which unfortunately for some reason could not be upgraded. Every time I downloaded new firmware, its sound became completely distorted. In communication with Tp-link, they told me not to download any more updates and sent me the old firmware so it could work properly. The issue was that its microphone picked up the sound of the motor and it was very annoying. Eventually, as I mentioned earlier, I bought the C260 and all the problems were solved. Excellent image and very strong sound without motor noise. Because someone mentioned that it doesn't have privacy mode, in my version it does. Possibly a new software version was released in the meantime and it was added. As I said, first day living with the new camera and I am absolutely satisfied. Time will tell. I will come back if any problem arises.
