Description

The Alchemists board game from Czech Games Edition is a fantasy game in which 2 to 4 players take on the roles of aspiring alchemists trying to uncover the secrets of alchemy. They mix ingredients and test the results using a smartphone app, which randomly determines the rules of alchemy for each game. Players mainly earn points by publishing correct theories, but they can also sell potions to adventurers and acquire magical artifacts.

The game lasts six rounds and ends with a final exhibition. Players choose their turn order, place cubes in action spaces, and gain reputation, which is converted into points at the end. The app is available for iOS, Android, and Windows.

    The game is value for money starting from its construction quality and what it offers you! In the few games I have played, I find it very entertaining without getting bored. For now, I have played the apprentice version, to play the master version it will take a while longer because the game becomes very difficult there! I highly recommend it! The combinations are endless for which potion is which, and as for the positives, the app that generates the games and allows you to save them to continue the game in case you don't have enough time. For those who don't have a smartphone (rare nowadays), you can still play without it, as long as someone acts as the "mother"
