A basic prerequisite for achieving good results is thorough preparation. After removing all old paints, rust, loose materials, and oils, we sand and remove the dust with a cloth.

New metal surfaces:
We degrease the surface using Brush Thinner 135. We apply 1-2 coats of MARINE MINIO.
Painted metal surfaces:
We sand and clean the surface from dust. We only remove the thick flakes. We apply directly over the rust. We apply 1-2 coats of MARINE MINIO.
New wooden surfaces:
We apply 1-2 coats of MARINE MINIO.
Painted wooden surfaces:
We sand and clean the surface from dust. We apply 1-2 coats of MARINE MINIO.

• Stir well before use and during application.
• Before applying the final varnish paint, the surface is smoothed with suitable sandpaper and dust is removed.
• After the MARINE MINIO is completely dry, sand, remove dust, and apply the final paint of our choice (TROPIKAL, METAL-X, PAINTOL GLOSS / PAINTOL SATIN H.S, METALAID).
• Apply in two coats with a roller or brush, thinning 5-10% with WHITE SPIRIT, or with an airless spray gun, thinning 10-15% with Gun Thinner THINNER 135.

• The ambient temperature and the thickness of the coating determine the drying time required.
• Surface drying: 1-2 hours.
• Repainting time: 4-6 hours.
• Coverage: 7-13m²/lt, depending on the thickness of each layer and the absorbency of the surface.
