Take 1-2 tablets daily, 30 minutes before the first main meal.

• Chromium (as chromium picolinate): 100-200 μg (250-500% NRV)
• Biotin: 50-100 μg (100-200% NRV)
• Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol): 30-60 μg (600-1200% NRV)
