    After one year, the circuit board broke. They replaced it at the service center and after 8 months, the new one broke again, also due to the circuit board. I don't have any issues with the power. The product is defective. Other than that, it makes excellent coffee and looks very nice on the countertop.

    Wonderful and with a huge capacity filter coffee maker, but with a significant flaw. When you open the filter lid, water from the condensation of steam runs towards the display, and after a while, it loses its indications, and the LED lighting burns out.

    After they replaced it with a new one under warranty, I removed the lid and discovered the factory (and failed) attempt at insulation with rubber tape and silicone. However, I also found the simple solution. If, before opening the lid, the coffee maker is tilted forward, towards the carafe, the condensation water drains into the filter through the ventilation holes.

    I am now optimistic that it will last as long as my old Krups (28 years, made in Switzerland) and not as long as the new "top" and completely poorly made Krups that I endured for a year.

    UPDATE: After the second damage to the display, the company replaced the problematic part with an upgraded one and the problem was permanently resolved.

    After 4 years, I can say that it is exactly what I expected from this specific company. I expected amazing construction materials, aesthetics, and reliability, but I did not expect it to perform at the level of professional machines specialized in this field. Take it without hesitation, it's a shame that Kitchenaid doesn't have a presence in Greece.
