I bought the ball for a desk chair. According to my height (1.64), I should have gotten the 55 cm one. I bought the 55 cm one and it was too short for the use I wanted it for. Now I bought the 65 cm one and it is just right. I have the option to have it fully inflated or 2-3 cm lower. It is still a very good choice. In any case, the quality is excellent.
