I’ve never bought more expensive ones, so I can’t say how they compare, but these are perfectly fine. I’ve had them for a month or two and use them 2–3 times a week. I’ve used them both on a door and anchored outdoors. They stay at the length you set, don’t creak during use, and overall all the materials seem strong and reliable. I weigh 85 kg. The exercise sheet they say is included just has 5–6 basic exercises, but I easily found routines and videos online.
Quality construction. It does its job. It has length adjustment and 3 different hangers which are used depending on the environment.
If I compared it to TRX, I would say that the texture of the strap is tougher, but the TRX costs over 100€.
It is not TRX quality, but it is reliable and of good quality.
