This review is about the colour: Red

Crap. The menu is a Google translation from English to Greek, the camera is 0.8 megapixels and the clarity is completely terrible, plus it doesn't have memory even for one photo and needs a microsd memory card. The headset is also terrible. The only positive is that the battery lasts. Shame about the 55 euros, bought from a store

This review is about the colour: Blue

We have given it to an elderly person for a month now. It is large in the hand and I would say this is mostly good, but it might be annoying if you expected something smaller.

    Good and average:
    - The buttons are huge. The screen has fairly large letters but they could be even bigger (not that big though).
    - Battery life is good (I haven't counted days but it lasts quite a while).
    - The ringtone volume is average, not very loud. Of course, we've set all the settings to maximum. The ringtone options are not too many nor very good.
    - The earpiece sound (how the owner hears) is like listening through a "tin can" but sufficiently loud (not very loud). There are side buttons for volume adjustment which the elderly person might accidentally press and lower the volume. Personally, I think it would be better if these didn't exist. Update: several times, where we gave it, this happened as I describe. They press, as they hold it, the side buttons and lower a) either the ringtones (the phone goes silent) or b) the earpiece volume (they can't hear anything). These side buttons should NOT exist on a phone for the elderly. Good luck fixing it later by giving instructions over the landline (if you're not there). You need two settings: one during a call (for voice volume) and one outside (for ringtones). Also, the side buttons, when the phone rings and before they answer, if pressed, end the call! If they grab it from there (very likely), they end the call!! Tragic design for a phone for the elderly!
    - Microphone (how others hear the phone owner): Not very good. It's not clear and you have to ask them to shout and repeat. EDIT: This happens when the side volume buttons are accidentally pressed (the call ends before being answered). Second problem with these buttons! They end the call like on Android (only there, first they mute, second they end; here, the first press ends the call). The elderly person needs to learn to hold it without pressing them.
    - Active flip cover, but sometimes instead of answering the call, it ends it and you have to call back because you think the other person hung up. I haven't figured out how the person using it manages this. Update: I think I've figured it out. Again, the side buttons are to blame. When they pick up the phone to open it, they press the side voice button which ENDS the call.
    - It has direct keys for 3 numbers (M1 M2 M3) but you have to *hold* them down to call. If you just press them, they activate another shortcut menu set in the settings (e.g., incoming messages). This can confuse an elderly person.
    - You can also make a direct call by holding down keys 2 to 9. Maybe this will cover you better for direct memories.

    Negatives:
    - Awful machine translation of the menus into Greek (alarm = συναγερμός instead of ξυπνητήρι) and half are in English (not translated at all). To set it up before giving it to the elderly, put it in English for a while to understand what it says. Afterwards, even if you switch it to "Greek" (not really), it doesn't help much but at least...
    - Very strange and difficult menu. It also has many bugs, meaning you think you set something but it doesn't work properly. You expect some things to happen one way but they happen another. Problematic but manageable.
    - In menu navigation, while the up-down arrow is obvious, left-right and okay are the M1 (left arrow), M2 (ok), M3 (right arrow) keys. Confusing and annoying.
    - When the flip is open, the red button (no) if pressed locks the keys (!) and you need a combination of two keys to unlock (first unlock, then star). Difficult for an elderly person, whose best solution is to close and reopen the flip. Generally VERY annoying if you press no and it immediately locks the keyboard with no setting to disable it! There's no point in having a key lock on a phone that closes and protects the keys.
Generally, the firmware is random with no hope of upgrade (how could it, it has no wifi and is Edge internet).

The box does not include a charger, only a USB type C cable.

It has an SOS button where you can set a number to call even with the flip closed as long as you hold it down. We haven't activated it. If you press it without setting a number, a weak siren just sounds.
It has a camera but we haven't used it, which requires a memory card to function.

Conclusion: This phone is NOT suitable for the elderly! It has design choices (side buttons, no button, etc.) that make it unsuitable, especially if you're not nearby to "fix" it every so often. The Chinese made a phone that they didn't even basically test on elderly people to see their mistakes.
