The Head Box RS is a quality headphone amplifier with a fully balanced tube input stage (dual triode 6922), class A "FET (Field Effect Transistor)" output stage. It offers balanced and unbalanced input, as well as balanced and unbalanced bypass connectors for the use of the pass-through input signal with other components.

The volume control consists of a precise volume potentiometer with matching resistance between the left and right channels.

A special output impedance selector allows the adjustment of the output impedance in three steps of 5, 20, and 50 ohms to achieve better matching of output impedance between the amplifier and the headphones. Some experiments with different positions of the output impedance selector are highly recommended to get the ultimate sound experience for your headphones.

An advanced multi-stage power supply with four different output voltages is used to achieve the best possible S/N ratio for exceptional reproduction of detail, dynamics, and imaging with any dynamic headphone!
