Package of 90 g crushed red hot peppers (spicy bukovo). When they ripen and turn red, the hot peppers are harvested and sent to the drying room for dehydration. They are then crushed to produce the spicy bukovo spice.

Spicy bukovo pairs wonderfully with:

• grilled dishes
• salads
• soups
• stews

It provides a refreshing pungency. Origin: Greece, Imathia Prefecture (cultivated).

Store in a dark and cool place (5°C – 15°C).
