Botanical description: Anise (Pimpinella anisum) is an aromatic plant that has been cultivated since ancient times for its therapeutic and culinary properties. It reaches a height of 50-80 centimeters, has fine leaves and white flowers. Its seeds possess a characteristic sweet and intense aroma.

Uses: Widely used in cooking, in the preparation of infusions, and in medicine.
