90 g package containing crushed red hot peppers (spicy bukovo). The hot peppers are harvested when ripe and red, then sent to the dryer to be dehydrated. They are then crushed to produce the spice known as spicy bukovo.

Spicy bukovo pairs wonderfully with:

• grilled dishes
• salads
• soups
• stews

It gives a refreshing pungency. Origin: Greece, Imathia Prefecture. Store in a dark and cool place (5°C – 15°C).
