Packaging of 90 gr. containing crushed sweet red peppers (sweet bukovo). When the sweet peppers ripen and turn red, they are collected and sent to the dryer to be dehydrated. Then they are crushed to produce the spice known as sweet bukovo.

Sweet bukovo pairs wonderfully with:

• grilled dishes
• salads
• soups
• stews

It gives a very nice flavor and color to any use. Origin: Greece, Imathia Region (cultivable).

Store in a dark and cool place (5°C – 15°C).
