Historically, eucalyptus has been known as the "fever tree" due to its effect on colds. It is traditionally used in inhalations, washes, and various therapeutic applications. Its leaves contain essential oil, rich in antiseptic properties. In Greece, it thrives in low altitude areas such as the Pieria Mountains.

Origin: Greece, Imathia Prefecture (harvested from the Pieria Mountains).

Storage: In a dark and cool place (5°C – 15°C).

Side Effects: In large doses, eucalyptus essential oil may cause stomach irritation or allergic reactions. Not recommended for children under 12 years old or for pregnant and breastfeeding women without medical advice.
