    The taste is very nice, it mixes better with hot water than with cold. You can also add protein inside and it becomes a dynamite! However (and that's why 4 stars) it always leaves lumps (of course, only the mixture itself). I have tried with a whisk, with a coffee mixer, for quite a while... whatever I have tried, it always leaves lumps. A similar product from another company does not leave lumps even with cold water, so... 4 stars!
