INGREDIENTS: Citrus limon (lemon peel oil).

USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:

• For inhalation: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser, or a moderate pot of boiling water. Breathe in gently.
• For topical application: Do not apply directly to the skin. Mix 1-4 drops with your preferred lotion or carrier, such as avocado, coconut, hops, jojoba or sesame oil. Do not exceed 4 drops.

WARNINGS: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply undiluted directly to the skin. Keep away from flames. Store in a cool, dry place.
