Recommended Use:
- Inhalation: Add a few drops to cotton, soft tissue, a diffuser, or a small pot of boiling water and inhale gently.
- Topical Use: Do not apply directly to the skin. Mix 1-4 drops with your favorite lotion or carrier oil, such as avocado, coconut, evening primrose, jojoba, or sesame oil. Do not exceed 4 drops.
