The nylon pick (0.96mm) offers exceptionally fast attack, a very aggressive grip, and just the right amount of flexibility for smooth transitions from note to note during the execution of complex, polyrhythmic passages. It was developed in collaboration with Fredrik Thordendal, guitarist of the band Meshuggah, who has contributed to the creation of a new musical genre, expanding the possibilities of electric guitars for the modern era. This new formula of innovative techniques requires the evolution of picks as well. This pick combines a space-age stiffener with Dunlop nylon for extremely fast attack and aggressive grip for ultimate control. At the special thickness of .96mm, Fredrik’s pick maintains the necessary flexibility for smooth transitions from note to note.
