    It is a well-made (sturdy, comfortable & beautiful) children's chair. Also, the step it has helps our 5-year-old daughter climb up easily. BUT if I had noticed that by design the wheels lock when you sit (it has a mechanism), I wouldn't have bought it. The child holds onto the desk to pull the chair closer but without success. She has to get up, move the chair, and sit down again.
