Tighter fit than it appears in the photo. My normal size is Large, but I believe the XL would fit me better as I have a well-built chest-shoulders-back (1.83m, 95kg). However, in terms of proportions, it fits correctly, tighter on the back-shoulders-arms, but slightly looser on the torso, as it should be. I would recommend gym-goers to go up one size unless they prefer a more fitted look. For someone with an average body type, they should stick to their usual size.
