    I installed it on a decade-old desktop computer that needed extra cooling because it had none. It was placed in the front where there was a slot, and it cools the hard drive satisfactorily. I believe it is very good for normal use and not demanding gaming. Of course, there are better options, but for average to good use, it is fine at such a price, and its materials are not fake compared to extreme Chinese ones. I have 3 fans and an aftermarket processor cooler, and overall they don't bother with noise, they are slightly audible, but within normal limits that are not annoying even at night. I can't distinguish where the noise comes from or if it's from the whole setup. Recommended for simple cooling.
