The summer prickly spinach seeds from Geniki Fytotechniki Athinon come from an early, upright variety with relatively broad leaves. This is the so-called wild spinach and, thanks to its cold tolerance, is suitable for winter cultivation.

Sowing and harvesting take place in spring, autumn and winter.
