One star for a very good axe !!!!! Forged German carbon steel, German handle too, also branded. I found it for half the price without a leather protective sheath. But.... it was supposedly handmade by the Greek craftsman Ampatzidis. At least that’s how it’s advertised.
I have absolutely nothing to gain, but from Scandinavia, an orange axe, it also has a wooden handle...... for a little more money, and it’s amazing. So the one above is simply good.

I’m still looking into its origin and manufacturer.
I tried it. It isn’t bad.
But 60+ seems like a lot to me. I’d pay more for a Hultafors, which is considered top-notch for good reason. For a serious user in the forest and not a toy for the garden, I don’t think so. It bites reasonably well, but it’s too thin and gets stuck, blunts at the cheeks.
Ένα αστέρι για ενα πολυ καλο τσεκουρι !!!!!Σφυρηλατο γερμανικό ανθρακούχο ατσαλι,γερμανικό στυλιαρι επίσης επώνυμο. Το βρήκα στα μισά λεφτά χωρίς προστατευτικη θηκη δερμάτινη.Αλλα....υποτίθεται θα ήταν χειροποιητο του Έλληνα μάστορα Αμπατζιδη.Ετσι διαφημίζεται τουλάχιστον.
Δε έχω κανένα απολύτως όφελος, αλλά από Σκανδιναβία, πορτοκαλι τσεκουρι ,εχει κ ξυλινο......με λίγα παραπάνω λεφτά κ ειναι εκπληκτικό.Το παραπάνω λοιπόν απλά καλο.

Συνεχίζω να ψάχνω τη προέλευση κ το κατασκευαστή.
Το δοκίμασα.Κακο δεν ειναι.
Αλλά 60+νομίζω πολλά.Θα έδινα παραπάνω για hulrafors που οχι τυχαια θεωρούνται κορυφή. Για σοβαρο χρήστη στο δασος κ οχι παιχνίδι στο κήπο νομίζω οχι.Μπαινει ικανοποιητικα αλλά μικρό πάχος κ σφηνωνει ,στομωνει στα μάγουλα.
