The New Balance Fresh Foam X Hierro v9 Gore-Tex® is a multifunctional, waterproof shoe for trail running and hiking, with a durable sole and shock-absorbing midsole for year-round use.

The GORE-TEX® fabric construction protects feet from wind, rain, and water without limiting breathability. The dual-density Fresh Foam X midsole offers top-level shock absorption, with a soft upper layer for comfort and a firmer lower layer for stability on rough terrain.

The Vibram® Megagrip™ outsole with Traction Lug™ technology and a renewed tread pattern provides excellent grip on wet and dry surfaces. The Toe Protect technology shields feet from rocks, roots, and other obstacles, while the tongue ensures a secure fit and keeps debris out of the shoe interior.
