Description

Description

The gas grill features a double lid with high-quality side panels made from cast aluminum. It offers a smoker construction made of stainless steel with aluminum side pieces.

The TURBO ZONE allows for temperatures above 400°C on the grill for fast cooking. The HEAT RANGE system ensures stable temperatures during grilling at very low or very high heat.

The cleaning process is simple, as the individual burner parts can be removed without special tools. The generous heating surface made of stainless steel keeps already grilled food warm, with dimensions 67.5 x 16.5 cm (1,113 cm²).

The stainless steel flame protectors guard the burners and improve heat distribution. Battery-free piezo ignition from the control button enables safe ignition of the grill.

The removable grease collection tray facilitates cleaning. It features 4 stainless steel burners, continuously adjustable, for efficient direct and indirect grilling (3 x 3.5 kW / 1 x 4.2 kW). The infrared burner located at the rear of the grilling area is suitable for a rotisserie and grilling, 3.5 kW.

The grill also has a side burner with an integrated lid on the side surface, 2.9 kW. The MODULAR GRILL includes 3 cast iron utensils with various grilling options, total surface 74 x 43 cm (3,182 cm²).

The large stainless steel lid features an integrated thermometer and a large PanoVision window for easy monitoring of your food without needing to open the lid during grilling. The control panel and the 2 access doors to the gas storage area complete the design.

The 2 generous side surfaces made of stainless steel include a front area that can hold a phone or tablet for quick recipe referencing. The grill features 4 swivel wheels, with locks on 2 of them.

The ergonomic working height is 90 cm. The dimensions of the grill after assembly are: length 153 x width 58 x height 118 cm. The weight of the grill after assembly is 55 kg.
