It is the only one that worked for me even with 1 mg. I tried one from Now and another one, and they did nothing for me, even in a larger quantity. The only negative is that I had intense dreams, but that's better than staying awake.

I haven't seen a big difference. Of course, I am a bit difficult and I tried double the dosage. But even there...nothing impressive. I will look for something different.

I bought it for my 78-year-old mother who has been suffering from insomnia for years. The 1mg didn't do anything, so we increased it to 2mg daily and sometimes she manages to sleep for 4:30-5 hours, other times only 2. Maybe it's a difficult case because if you have worries and anxiety, how can you sleep?

I have bought it 3 times... it does its job but not within 5 minutes. I would say it definitely needs half an hour to relax you.
