I do it twice a week for the past 3 weeks on my legs, a total of 6 sessions, at maximum intensity. I have quite dark hair and fair skin. Before, I had to shave every other day and in less than 24 hours they would start to prick. Now the hair takes at least three times as long to grow back and most of them, if you just pull them with your hand, they fall out because they are burnt (just like when you've had laser). It takes me about an hour to do both legs, but it has happened to take two hours if it's very hot and it overheats more often.
