Knives so thin and delicate. One of them was already bent as soon as it was received, as shown in the photo. Fake product.

Very powerful chopper, easy to clean. Be careful because it is made of glass and can break easily. 4/5 stars only because the width of the container is much larger than the blades, so if you put a small amount inside, it chops less as the blades throw the contents to the sides of the container and don't chop them much. With larger quantities, it works normally.

The plastic on the handle was slightly broken upon delivery, literally inside its box, but it is fully functional so I don't see any reason for a return.

Very good machine. I haven't found any negatives, I just want to emphasize that the bowl is large, so I wouldn't recommend it for small quantities of chopping, like 1-2 onions. Also, its blades are EXTREMELY sharp, so anyone who buys it should be careful. I highly recommend it.

Large bowl capacity and good blades, but whatever you put inside collects on the walls; it's only suitable for large quantities because due to its size it doesn't "catch" the food when there's only a little inside. Also, it heats up relatively quickly, so I leave it for a while when I want to blend something to avoid it "burning".
Update: its plastic lid is very sensitive and the rubber on the lid is very thin. It tore within 3 months. As a machine, it is good but only for large quantities. Also, its non-slip base has never stayed in place.

First impression very good, sturdy construction and very strong mechanism!!!

It is good, large and powerful. However, I think it is so big and the blades are so far apart that you can't puree as you could in the past with other similar smaller ones. It's definitely not bad, it's worth its money but I feel that it has limitations.

Very nice design, very powerful cutting, I haven't tried it on ice as it claims it can cut, but its large capacity is also a great advantage!
