        I bought the vacuum cleaner because of the 2 batteries included in the package. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a failed purchase because:
        1) In auto mode, the vacuum's suction is very weak. For strong suction, you have to set it to "max" mode, but this drains the battery (it runs out very quickly). In conclusion, for strong suction, both batteries are used as if they were one from another brand.
        2) To empty the bin, you basically have to disassemble it (remove all the filters and unscrew covers). I mention this because I have another stick vacuum from a different brand where you simply press a button, the bottom lid of the bin opens/unlocks, and the bin empties automatically. With this vacuum, the process is complicated and time-consuming, and you have to intervene with gloves to untangle hair and other dirt.
