The No Frost heating cable set protects pipes from freezing and switches on automatically via an integrated thermostat. The thermostat turns the cable on below +3 °C and off above +15 °C. It can be installed on steel, copper, and plastic pipes, provided the pipe material is certified for temperatures up to 90 °C.
It can also be used to protect gutters, valves, meters, and drainage pits from freezing, as well as to protect roof edges from the accumulation of snow and ice or to maintain the temperature of liquids in tanks and pipes. Secure the cable along the pipe with insulating tape every 30–60 cm and cover it with thermal insulation. Install the thermostat at the coldest point of the pipe, with its black contact surface in direct contact with the pipe surface. Fully uncoil the cable before connecting it to the power supply.
