The NECO H142N is a semi-integrated bicycle head with a diameter of 1-1/8” x 44x30 and is fully sealed. NECO specializes in manufacturing bicycle headsets and crown race sets since 1986. This product is ideal for bicycles with a AHEAD steer tube (28.6 mm) and an internal frame head tube with an internal diameter of 43.9 mm. The international designation for this head is ZS44.
