HM CMT Cutting Disc

This disc is dedicated to power tools and features an alternating bevel tooth design that works best with solid wood. The large number of teeth makes the disc ideal for cross-cutting. Additionally, it is coated with an orange Teflon layer that increases the disc's lifespan. The disc can be sharpened multiple times.

Features:

• Sinterhip HI-DENSITY CARBIDE Technology: Before bonding, the disc teeth undergo hot isostatic pressing in a chamber at 1050°C and 105 Bar pressure, reducing the disc's porosity and increasing resistance and wear durability.
• PTFE (Teflon) Coating: Protects the disc from corrosion, limits overheating, and has anti-adhesive properties that reduce material buildup on the disc body.
• HQ Steel: Improved quality steel used in the disc body.
