Instructions for use:

• For brine bath: Pour 2 flat caps of BINGOSPA brine into the bathtub. It is recommended 2-3 baths per week.
• For massage: Mix BINGOSPA brine with water and olive oil in a container until a fine paste is achieved. Apply to the body and gently massage. Rinse with water after completion.
