The adapter/connector allows the connection of various car radio models (equipped with an ISO connector) to the vehicle's factory sound system. It is designed to connect a universal aftermarket car radio with the vehicle's original electrical system.

Function description of the adapter: The adapter facilitates the connection of a factory car radio with a Quadlock system to a universal radio with ISO inputs. Switching between Quadlock and ISO standards enables the transmission of power and audio signals (speakers) without the need to modify the vehicle's electrical wiring. Thanks to the adapter, it is possible to retain the functionality of the factory speakers, power supply, and antenna.

The installation of the adapter includes 2 steps:

• Connecting the adapter to the vehicle's wiring
• Connecting the adapter to the radio's wiring

Connector type: QUADLOCK-ISO 16-Pin Quadlock (male) to 2x 8-Pin ISO (female)

The adapter may also be compatible with other vehicles not listed, provided they have suitable connectors compatible with the adapter.
