I have flat feet and got them in size 42.5 to give my foot some relief and so I wouldn’t wear out another pair of shoes in 5 months (Novablast 4, Under Armour HOVR Machina 3, and other Asics without the insole support these have). So far, we’ve passed the 6-month mark, with daily walks of 4 kilometers or more at a speed of 6–7 km/h, and they haven’t worn down underneath or tilted inward like my previous pairs did. The only thing that happened is that, due to friction on my shin, they tore where the foot and the shaft meet—that is, where the sock ends—but I put on a strip of duct tape or masking tape, and you can’t even see it, nor does it rub against the back of my foot.

Μέχρι στιγμής έχουμε περάσει τους 6 με καθημερινό περπάτημα των 4 και πανω χιλιομέτρων σε απόσταση και ταχύτητα 6-7χμ/ω και ούτε έχουν λιώσει από κάτω ούτε γέρνουν πρός τα μέσα όπως κάναν τα προηγούμενα που είχα, το μόνο που πάθαν είναι λόγω της τριβής στο καλάμι, να σκιστεί εκεί που είναι η πατούσα και το καλάμι, εκεί δηλαδή που τελειώνει η κάλτσα αλλά έβαλα μια ταινία duct tape ή χαρτοταινία και ούτε που φαίνεται ούτε με χτυπάει πίσω.
