ESPUMA Gentle Comfort is an absorbent wound dressing made of polyurethane foam. The outer layer consists of a waterproof polyurethane film resistant to bacteria and viruses. The wound contact layer is a perforated soft silicone gel, allowing painless, non-traumatic removal and passage of exudate into the absorbent foam layer.

ESPUMA Gentle Comfort is suitable for healing moist wounds, offering high cleansing ability. It is particularly useful in preventing wounds related to dressing removal, especially in people with sensitive skin. It is indicated for a wide range of exuding wounds such as:

- skin grafts
- first and second degree burns
It can be used in combination with compression therapy.
