Pharmaplast Ultra eXsorb measures 10x10 cm and is a non-woven dressing covered with a breathable waterproof material, resistant to viruses, and polyurethane sealing layers. It provides protection against bacteria and features a central absorbent pad.

The dressing is made from a blend of superabsorbent acrylic fibers and viscose fibers, thermally laminated onto a transparent PE mesh. It absorbs wound exudate, forming a soft, hydrophilic, breathable gel layer that helps create a moist environment for easier healing.

• The frequency of dressing changes depends on the condition of the wound.
• In cases of wounds with necrotic tissue or heavy exudate, the dressing should be changed daily.
• For wounds with lower exudate levels, the dressing can remain in place for a longer period.

Precautions: Wounds showing signs of clinical infection may be dressed, but the dressing must be changed daily and the use of systemic antibiotic therapy should be considered. Do not use if you have a known sensitivity to Pharmaplast Ultra eXsorb or any of its ingredients.
