They have a natural ceramic coating that does not contain PTFE, so no toxic PFOA fumes are released during cooking.

The Ceramic Coating

The 3D coating contains reinforced nanoparticles and diamond nanocrystals. These particles make the coating more durable for cooking and cleaning.

The surface reinforcement with anodization before the application of the ceramic coating prevents oxidation and completely prevents the release of any aluminum particles onto the cooking surface and consequently into the food, resulting in healthy and safe food.
