The Z-Wave Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2 adapter connects Z-Wave devices to Home Assistant and supports Z-Wave Long Range for communication with remote devices. The antenna and stand are tuned to the Z-Wave frequency, while the dedicated frequency band helps maintain a stable connection, even through thick walls. Long Range technology can also extend the battery life of compatible devices.

Based on the Silicon Labs ZG23 Z-Wave 800 Series chip, it is compatible with Z-Wave, Z-Wave Plus and Z-Wave Plus V2 devices. Setup is simple: connect the adapter and follow the guided configuration. It also supports easy migration from most existing Z-Wave adapters and OTA firmware updates. It operates locally through Home Assistant, without relying on the cloud, and is powered via USB-C.
