Έπαιρνα το Solgar Magnesium Citrate, το οποίο μου δημιουργούσε γαστρεντερικές ενοχλήσεις (αέρια κλπ). Διάβασα σχετικά οτι όντως προκαλεί τέτοιου είδους ενοχλήσεις και το άλλαξα με το Glycinate το οποίο είναι καλύτερα ανεκτό απ το στομάχι και με υψηλότερη απορρόφηση. Έτσι έχω τα ωφέλη του μαγνησίου χωρίς τις ενοχλήσεις.
Σαν αρνητικό, θα μπορούσα να γράψω την υψηλότερη τιμή απο το Citrate.
Καί στα δύο, χρειάζονται 2 κάψουλες σαν συνιστώμενη ημερήσια δόση.
Minimum τιμή Glycinate, περίπου 0,30€/κάψουλα, άρα 0,60€/ημερήσια δόση, ενώ το Citrate στοιχίζει περίπου 0,20€/κάψουλα, άρα 0,40€/ημερήσια δόση.
