LorAnn Super Strength flavors are concentrated flavors, also known as candy oils or candy flavors. These flavors do not contain vegetable oils and are 3 to 4 times stronger than water- and alcohol-based flavors.

When substituting extracts with these flavors, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. These flavors are suitable for fondant, marzipan, chocolate, candies, cakes, cookies, brownies, and more.
