LorAnn Cotton Candy Flavor is a concentrated flavoring, 3 to 4 times stronger than water- and alcohol-based flavors. It is suitable for fondant, marzipan, chocolate, sweets, cakes, cookies and brownies, and does not lose its strength at high temperatures.
To replace 1 teaspoon of extract, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon of flavoring. The product is mostly water-soluble and can be used with chocolate. When using it at full strength, avoid direct contact with skin. Wipe up any spills promptly, as prolonged contact with plastic and countertops may cause damage; plastic measuring spoons and utensils are not recommended.
