Miao Ying rules Northern Cathay from her seat in Nan-Gau as commander of the armies of the Great Bastion. She is known for her cold and distant nature, which is characteristic even by Dragon standards. She has undertaken this serious duty for many centuries, entrusted by the Celestial Dragon with the defense of the northern borders. The Storm Dragon is considered the favorite of the Celestial Dragon and remains dominant in her position, often preferring to stand apart from her siblings during gatherings.

The multi-part plastic kit depicts Miao Ying in both her forms: dragon and human. In her human form, she appears to hover above the battlefield, displaying her power as she commands her armies. Her dragon form is majestic, ready to fight with deadly fangs and claws. In both forms, she stands out as a general and a sorceress.
