Wool grease is produced from freshly shorn sheep wool and follows a special process that ensures the removal of pesticides and herbicides. For the uniform distribution of the grease in water and its absorption by the fibers, emulsification is carried out into fine droplets through olive soap and sugar-based surfactant. Sugar, coconut, and palm oil are the primary materials for producing the sugar-based surfactant. Olive soap results from the reaction of olive oil with lye, which is ideal for producing mild and moisturizing vegetable soaps. The balanced composition of fatty acids in olive oil provides healing and balancing effects. Additionally, cetyl alcohol, extracted from palm oil, combined with a plant-based thickener, supports the emulsifying action of the olive oil soap and the sugar-based surfactant.
