The ripe bright red tomatoes are left unwatered for 5-6 days to achieve high sugar levels, measuring their quality through the brix scale.

The harvest takes place in the summer, with the ripe tomatoes immediately transported to the Small-Scale Production Unit for processing using traditional methods, ensuring freshness and quality.

The sauce offers flavors from traditional Greek cuisine, emphasizing a natural composition without additives or sweeteners.

The organic basil used is the Basil Sweet Genovese variety, suitable for gastronomic use.

The product is certified by the Organization for the Control & Certification of Organic Products DIO.
