The structure made of elastic polyurethane offers an additional layer of comfort for very firm mattresses or reduces discomfort caused by sofa joints, relieving back pain.

    Basically, it's foam inside a cover which is open at the bottom, so if you want you can cut the foam to the dimensions you want.
    The cover on one side also has little teeth so the topper doesn't easily slip out of place.
