How to Use:

• Filter placement: Use a V60 filter and rinse it with hot water.
• Add ground coffee: Pour the desired amount of coffee (about 15 g per 250 ml water) and level its surface.
• Blooming: Pour about 30 gr of water (92–96°C) and let the coffee "bloom" for 45 seconds.
• Extraction: Continue with slow, circular pours until the extraction is complete. Aim to finish the process within 2:30 to 3:30 minutes, depending on filter speed and coffee grind size.
